Flat Rates

            

• Standard Rate: $6,500.00 Per Day

• Class/Collective Action Rate: $9,500.00 Per Day

• Weekend Rate: $9,500.00 Per Day

• In-person Mediation Conducted Outside of Tennessee: $14,500.00 Per Day

 

Rates cover all travel time, up to three hours of prep work, and up to two hours of follow up. Rates are exclusive of travel expenses and $200 per party administrative fee.
