Standard Rate: $8,000.00 Per Day
Class/Collective Action Rate: $10,000.00 Per Day
Weekend Rate: $18,000.00 Per Day

In-person Mediation Conducted Outside of Tennessee: $18,000.00 Per Day

Rates cover all travel time, up to 3 hours of prep work, and up to 2 hours of follow-up. Rates are exclusive of travel expenses and administrative fees.
